Azat le Ris
Small commune sheltering the barony of Ris-Chauvron. Only one tower remains of this seigneury, now private, while the old castle was destroyed. However, the city has an example of a fortified church still visible today, the 12th century Saint-Genest church. It features a watchtower, modillions on its west facade, and an octagonal bell tower with a spire covered with chestnut shingles.
