You wish to create, develop or set up your company on the territory of the Haut-Limousin en Marche? Please be aware that the Community of Communes and the Department of Haut-Vienne can assist you in your project.
In the industrial and craft sector, financial assistance is possible for the acquisition, rehabilitation or extension of your business premises. This subsidy is calculated according to the size of your company and can range from 10 to 30% of the total amount of your work.
By requesting this assistance, you benefit from assistance in preparing your grant application. In addition, the departmental technical agency (ATEC) can, if you wish, assist you in the management of the site.
In the trade sector, the Community of Communes also works alongside the Department to maintain the last village shops. A grant of 20% can be granted for construction, extension and rehabilitation work on your premises (for an amount of €15,000 to €200,000 excluding tax). To do this, the business concerned must be the last of its type within the perimeter of your municipality.
