Ponds and megaliths are the strong symbol of Heaven. Legendary stones and prehistoric sites are not lacking in the commune of Cieux, hiking trails allow you to discover them, and nature lovers will find their happiness there with the views of the protected grounds of the commune: the Brudoux pond, the Ceinturat moor (part of which is ZNIEFF), the Etang de Cieux, the Fromental ponds and the rocky chaos of the Roche aux Fées (ZNIEFF). You can also visit the Chapelle du Bois du Rat, the stone of the Shiroudi sacrifice, or the rock of Pas de la mule. As for the festival, Les Nuits Musicales de Cieux, dedicated mainly to the guitar, thrills the village and its surroundings for a week.
