Saint Barbant

The city of Saint-Barbant is part of the municipality of Val d'Oire and Gartempe. It is possible to visit the Romanesque church with a Romanesque Limousin portal, as well as to take several walks to see the Oratories of Châtain and the Lande or remarkable trees and the park of Fernand Foureau. The latter, born in Saint Barbant, was an explorer of the Sahara.
