The Energy Transition in New Aquitaine

The energy transition in New Aquitaine is reflected in the development of renewable energies.

The managers of the electricity transmission and distribution networks (RTE, Enedis, Gérédis, SRD) are responsible for adapting the electricity network to enable it to collect the electricity produced by these new installations and deliver it to consumers.

The developments planned on the electricity grid are described in the New Aquitaine Renewable Energy Connection Scheme (S3REnR) project.
