WELCOME TO
Peyrat de Bellac
Peyrat-de-Bellac developed from the estate of a rich landowner from the Gallo-Roman era, where you can see the Dolmen de la Pierre Soupèze, near Lannaud, also known as Pierre des Fades. Saint Martin's Church, in Romanesque style, has altarpieces and wooden statues dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. It is also the place where Charles Silvestre, a 20th century novelist, was buried.
